Good Vibrations

Okay, so you know we’re all energy and that means that we vibrate. You also know that we attract the things which are in vibrational harmony with us - “like attracts like” as we say. That being the case it’s important to keep vibrating at a positive level and here are a few quick tips on how you can do just that.

Listen to music -  A lot of us can associate a particular piece of music with a special time in our life. Which tracks remind you of those good friends and the great times you’ve shared? Choose something that will make you feel good and put a smile on your face.

Meditate -It’s now accepted that meditation has a huge number of benefits and one of those is that it increases your vibratory level. Don’t think that you have to sit cross-legged for hours on end, you can meditate in a number of different ways including walking around. In fact a walking meditation outdoors can be a fantastic way to spend your time.

Smile -Just like meditation smiling has releases brain chemicals including serotonin. Studies have shown that the body can affect the mind just as the mind affects the body. Which means that by putting a big silly grin on your face you can make yourself feel better which in turn raises your vibrations.

Be grateful - One of the best ways to attract more into your life is to be grateful for what you’ve already got. Okay, you might want that bright shiny new toy but be grateful for the food on your table, the roof over your head, your health, the love of your friends and family, for the beauty of nature all around you, the smile of a young child, a puppy’s wagging tail. There’s always something to be grateful for no matter who you are or where your life is taking you today.

Go ahead and do at least one of these things right now and I’ll bet you can feel the increase in your vibes!
